Hi! Pheobe here! Its been a while since my last update. Im still a puppy, about eleven months old now. Mamma P. says Im a lanky gal, tall and slim. Granda calls me Coyote Girl. Ive learned quite a bit since my last profile. Im very good in the crate, and Im working really hard on house training. My Foster Mom says Im a good 80% a-day. If you give me toys to chew and enough play time, I wont chew on your socks or unmentionables. Mamma P. says Ive learned several hand signs: sit, come (with hand sign and light sign), go out, and go to your room. Were still working on stay. Thats a hard one for me! Those stairs that used to scare me not any more! I fly, up and down em! Granda has discovered that Im not totally deaf. I can hear high pitched sounds as well as low stuff, like the hair dryer and trucks. I do have some sight problems. I cant see out of my right eye at all, but my left one works fairly well. Im not a big barker, unless the other dogs get to yapping. I LOVE to have my throat and chest rubbed, but can be a little hand shy if I dont know youre there. Im great with kids, even real small ones, other dogs and even kitty people. My foster family thinks I will do best if you have another dog for me to play with and take cues from. On my bad side, and Mamma P. says I have to tell you this, I hate wearing a collar and a leash. We are working on the leash thing. I will require a fenced yard because I have hearing trouble and I love to run. So, all out on the table, please consider me for your next best friend. Mamma P. says Im a joy! Oh, and if I find you napping, Ill kiss you awake.
