Mr. Bailey (Male, age 7)

**Mr. Bailey's adoptive family must have a completely fenced yard** I would like being the only dog in your family, I do get along with other Shelties. I'm okay with cats. LOVE to sit on the couch with you!! I really like to ride in the car, I'll be your co-pilot if you let me. I'm allergic to lots of things and really don't like being outside for extended periods of time, so if you like to walk, I'm not the right choice for you. I love to play fetch with my toys and will bring them to you so you can throw and I can fetch them again.
<datePosted>4/8/2011</datePosted>

Mr. Sam *Sponsorship needed* (Male, age 7)

First let me say that little tri girl, Rachel, has been stealing all the attention. Did you notice that? Look at me, I'm an adorable tri boy, who has a little skin allergy going on. My own vet bills have topped out around $900. See I had to have test ran to find out why my hair is falling out and I had to get shots to stop my itching, not to mention now I have special food. And can you believe I lost my man hood and had my teeth cleaned all in the same day. Gosh, since I came to sheltie rescue I've been to see TED more times than I have my entire life.
I'm good boy and since I'm a bit more mature, I'm more appealing than that little girl who has had no training. If you could help me with my medical bills, I'd be grateful. Or maybe you want to give me a forever home?
<datePosted>3/25/2012</datePosted>

Ms. Shelly (Female, age Est. 10-12)

Looking for unconditional love? Go no further. My foster dad tells me that I am the best Sheltie he has ever fostered. I am the perfect fit for an older person that is looking for a loving companion. I am house trained, I do not chew, I do not have too much energy to contain, I do not bark too much and I love people. I love my daily walk and then I like to lie at your feet (or on special occasions, on the couch) to give you company. I am somewhat overweight but my walks are slowly bringing my weight down.
<datePosted>1/12/2012</datePosted>

Storm **THANK YOU** (Male, age 9)

Storm came to us very ill and required an extensive surgery to repair his bowel pathways. Thanks to everyone who contributed to his care.
Hi there, my name is Storm and if you're looking for a devoted, sweet and loving companion, I'm your man! If you go to the den, I'm there. Same if you go the kitchen or the yard or anyplace else at home. I only want to be in the same space as you, where I'll lay quietly waiting for our next location. If you sit in a chair, I like to lay my head on your lap. When we go to bed, I'll stay on the floor by your side until time to get up for another day. When you come home, I'm very happy to see you and will resume my devoted following! I'm told I needed pretty major surgery, but I'm feeling much better than when the kind people at TSR took me in. I went straight from my old home to the TSR vet and they were shocked by what they saw! You see, this hernia I had kept everything I ate inside my colon and intestines and I had to be cleaned out and put on a special diet. My foster family says I'm one of the sweetest boys to come through their home. I like the people, the dogs and even the cat. I'm a bigger Sheltie boy and should probably weigh 35-40 lbs, but I came to TSR at only 32 lbs. And maybe I can come to live with you!!
