We've had Stanley evaluated by a behaviorist for ways to deal with his seperation anxiety. Their recommendation is that his forever home have humans who do not work away from the home and who are not gone but for short trips. He needs a large fenced in yard so he can run off his energy. He is also looking for a human who might be interested in flyball or agility or other outdoor games. Someone who would give him a job to do. Please serious inquiries only!
I love doing the sheltie spin! Stanley is a big boy (40 pounds) with a lot of loving to give to his forever family. His place in the home is to be near his people. Stanley loves long walks, and likes to retrieve balls in the house or in the yard. He even plays by himself by tossing the ball or toy and going after it. He gets along well with other dogs and mostly ignores cats. He can get his exercise by chasing squirrels. |
