About Thais
Thias did not get a lot of socialization in her former home, therefore she is startled by everyday noises. She is quick to let you know the phone is ringing, someone sneezed or coughed - she needs conditioning to everyday household noises. If given the opportunity she tries to chase cars and cats (maybe all things that begin with "c" - LOL). Thais has a lot of energy and needs an owner that has experience with a very barky sheltie at times she becomes overzealous. These appear to be missed opportunities for socialization over the years. She loves to play especially chasing balls and tuggin toys. Training class will be a contractual requirement to adopt Thias, we want to ensure that she starts off on the right paw.

Health Issues
Very small corneal precipitate, she has tendency to lick her paw when she is nervous.

Fencing Requirements
Does Thais require a fenced yard? Yes

Is Thais housebroken? Yes But she doesn't like to outside alone, she prefers to have a person with her.
Walks on leash? Yes Loves to go for walks.
Comes when called? Unknown
Obedience trained? Yes She knows some commands.
Crate trained? Unknown
Rides in car? Yes She's a good rider.
Allows strangers to pet? Yes If she is on leash she will allow strangers to pet her
Submissive Peeing? No
Scared of loud noises? Unknown Not specifically loud noises but all noises.
Shy? Yes She doesn't like to be set up by anyone she doesn't know.
Barks if alone? Yes She barks if alone and someone knocks at the door.
Aggressive with kids? No We are FIRM on this issue, she would not be a good match in a home with children under 13. Sometimes she presents as perhaps being aggressive and this might scare a young child.
