About Nicki |
Nicki will require a securely fenced in yard along with an experienced sheltie owner. He is a very sensitive boy but has tremendous potential. He's a sock stealer, ice eater and toy killer! A great little guy he will be a dream to train.
He will need someone with patience to be sure all his new experiences are fun and safe. He is quite unsure on a leash and perhaps missed out on some key socialization.
He will require another confident, bomb-proof, sheltie, or dog of similar size in his new home. Nicki tolerates the grooming table and nail trimming but because he is nervous, our grooming has been done at a very slow pace.
Nicki isnt an obsessive barker, he will let you know when it is time to eat, go out and come back inside.
Hell need a home with no small children or an overly active or noisy home. His new people should be home more than not and again, willing to work with him. He has a nick name of 'No sit still Nicki!'
